The Optical Experience – Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment with The Optical Experience, you agree to the following terms:
1. Appointment Confirmation
Appointments are confirmed once booked. Please notify us at least
24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.
No-shows will require a
deposit for future bookings.
2. VIP Appointment Policy
Appointments scheduled
before 10 AM or after 5 PM (Mon–Fri), and
before 11 AM or after 4 PM on Saturdays, are considered
VIP appointments and include a
$20 VIP fee for after-hours, enhanced service.
3. Eyewear Fitting Fee (No Purchase)
Clients who schedule an
eyewear styling session but do not purchase eyewear will be charged a
$20 service fee for the time and expertise provided.
4. Payment & Processing Fees
Payment is due at the time of service. A
30% deposit is required to begin any eyewear order. We accept Zelle, HSA/FSA, and all major credit/debit cards.
All card swipes, digital taps, or inserts are subject to processing fees, which help us keep our service pricing affordable.
5. Refunds, Remakes & Order Processing
All eyewear sales are
final. Custom lenses begin processing
immediately after your appointment and cannot be canceled. Deposits on canceled orders are
forfeited as a restocking fee. One complimentary
remake is allowed for prescription changes within 90 days. No restyles are permitted due to our detailed fitting process.
6. Mobile Concierge Services
All mobile visits are subject to a
concierge fee, based on distance from our location. Rates
start at $20 and will be confirmed during booking. Mobile services include fittings, deliveries, or repairs.
7. Prescription Access
Clients are entitled to a copy of their
paid prescription upon request. To obtain records, email
